Tailoring Services
- First alteration: Complimentary if requested within 7 days of delivery
- Standard tailoring: QAR 150 per abaya
- Full resizing: QAR 200 per abaya
Please note that tailoring requests are accepted up to 10 days after receiving your order.
Shipping Fees
- Local Delivery (Doha): QAR 50 (paid directly to the delivery driver)
- International Shipping: QAR 150
Modifications Only – No Returns or Exchanges
We do not offer product returns or exchanges. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are happy to assist you with possible modifications to meet your needs.
Eligibility for Modifications
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
- The request must be submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Order Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances. All orders are final and non-refundable.
Shipping & Handling Costs for Modifications
Customers are responsible for any shipping or handling fees related to the modification process, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item received).
Refunds
Refunds are not available under any circumstances. Once the order is confirmed, it is considered final.
